When you call us or fill something in on this site, we collect what we need to do the job: your name, phone number, where the vehicle is, and what's wrong with it. If you use the price tool we also record the tyre size and postcode you entered, so we can quote accurately.
We use that information to attend the job, quote you, invoice you, and contact you about the work. Nothing else.
We don't sell your details. We don't pass them to marketing companies. We don't send you unsolicited messages about unrelated products.
Job and invoice records are kept for six years, because HMRC requires it. Enquiries that don't become jobs are removed after twelve months.
This site uses only what it needs to function. We don't use advertising cookies that follow you around other websites. If we add analytics to understand which pages are useful, it will be configured so that individual visitors are not identifiable.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email southwestmobiletyres@gmail.com and we'll deal with it within a month. If you're not happy with how we've handled it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
